Great service

Returned item that stopped working within 6 months,( that's not good), returned with their own prepaid label and order details form, delivered to them 2 days later on 23rd June. No response, chased it up was asked for order number which I gave. Still no response SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEIR ITEMS ARE NOT CHEAP.
There are other suppliers on the market, try them because this company takes you for a ride (no pun intended).

Nice enough items of lingerie with relatively quick delivery; HOWEVER, companies should take responsibility for the courier/postage/delivery means they contract out to.

I received notification my parcel had been delivered, the delivery time having been delayed twice, with a photo proof of delivery of it on a doorstep; it certainly wasn’t my property! I contacted the delivery option to complain, advise and ask where the hell they delivered it to and have never received a reply.

I had to drive around the village looking for my parcel at cottages name’s that began with L. Found it outside a property whose residents were away, it was raining and the post code is not the same as mine.

You might want to have a clause with your contractual delivery means that their staff can READ!
